Consultation and reference service is the service that provides the necessary assistance for the users to reach the information they need in the fastest and most accurate way in order to ensure the effective use of the library and library resources. This service is provided face-to-face, by telephone, e-mail and user trainings.
A library demo program (orientation) is organized for users who want to learn about the library, library resources and research methods, provided that they make an appointment in advance. Those who want to benefit from this service must fill in the orientation request form.

In order to meet the educational, research, scientific and cultural needs of the members and students of T.R. Istanbul Kültür University, the circulation of the publications in the library is provided within and outside the library within the framework of certain rules.

For the materials that are not returned to the library on the due date, the procedures included in the Book Delay Penalty are carried out.

Interlibrary Loan Service is a service that includes the process of borrowing publications between libraries. Resources that are not available in our libraries are lent to our users by obtaining them from other collaborative university libraries.
You can check whether the resource you are looking for is in our collection in the library catalog.
If it is not in our publication collection, you can access the information of the universities that we can borrow by scanning the catalog of the university libraries.
In order to request resources from other university libraries, you must fill out the loan request form.
You can fill out the material request form for the resources you want to be included in the library collection.
